I agree. We have the same situation - we actually just increased the usage significantly, and at first we thought that this was why they were shutting us down. Then we received [#873827851] IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Your API Developer Token Status
It is really frustrating, because it is hurting our business. Furthermore no one is responding when I try to reply on the mail we received. I also tried to call the adwords help line, but they are unable to answer any questions regarding developer tokens. I really don't hope that we have to wait 5-6 weeks to have it enabled again.
