Hi, If you run the GetAllCampaigns example ( http://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-java/source/browse/trunk/examples/v201101/GetAllCampaigns.java) using credentials for the sandbox, it will set up your sandbox account. Sandbox docs: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/sandbox.html
