First of all I would suggest to try out new MutateJobService: http://code.google.com/apis/adwords/docs/reference/latest/MutateJobService.html This service is a 're-worked' version of BMJS and we recommend to use it instead. As for the initial issue, please include the mutate request XML code and the server response.
