Am I the only one who thinks it is a really bad idea to introduce 
potentially breaking changes the the day before thanksgiving and outside of 
a release? What happened to "Don't be evil." As a result of this change, we 
have to log-in on a holiday--Thanksgiving day (US)--to make sure your 
changes don't break our systems the day before the two biggest US shopping 
days of the year--Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This didn't strike anyone 
as a bad idea?

This is beside the point that this change is occurring outside of a release 
which is unavoidable on occasion, but is certainly avoidable in this case. 
You could have included this in v201109 or at the very least pushed it 
until the sunsets of the older services in Feb.

Anyway thanks for making me work the holiday.
