Hi,
  I'm assuming this happens with all examples?  What version of PyXML do 
you have installed?  Are you behind a proxy?  Do you see a wsdl at 
https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/info/v201109/InfoService?wsdl ? 
(More specifically, if you use python to download that URL without using a 
proxy, does it get XML or HTML ? see 
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22676/how-do-i-download-a-file-over-http-using-python
).
