I can affirm that. I get an error with the following information when trying to execute
reportService.mutate(operations) in the sandbox: Google.Api.Ads.AdWords.v201008.ApiException An API exception has occurred. See ApiException and InnerException fields for more details. System.Object[] MakeApiCall(System.String, System.Object[]) [InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR @ com.google.ads.api.services.common.error.InternalApiError. (InternalApiErro] This operation has worked fine until a couple of days ago.
