We submitted our response to the email from Google's API team requesting 
more information when it was originally disabled.  Since then I've followed 
up via email and no response.  Problem is we are sitting still in 
development and can't get accounts up for our clients.

Any suggestion where to reach out to or anyone from the API team can help?  
We want to ensure that all the information submitted was sufficient and 
Google is not waiting on anything else.
