Well I figured out that for Display ads that they won't have a direct
mapping to a Keyword like the Paid Search ads do using
AdNetworkType1. However, how would I determine if a Display Ad is
either Managed or Automatic Placement and where are the matchtypes
that google was providing before based on the type of ad. Here are
some of the values from the old matchtype that V13's MCC criteria
report provided.
Automatic
BoomUserList
Broad
Content
ContentChannel
DocVertical
Exact
Phrase
ProductFilter
UserVertical
WebSite

Could someone point me in the direction of how I would determine which
type of match type applies to a given display ad????? And furthermore
which report should I be querying to summize this.
