yes, totaly sure. I am an spanish-speaking guy
there are no double-t or "th" in spanish. also "throttle" is not a common word.
most Spanish-speaking peoples can search for "router" but not for "throttle".
I can confirm same behavior for many english (and not spanish) words:
speaking
people (without s)
keyword
keywords
yourself
curiously
curiosity
the only word that I have find to return 0 for spanish is:
peoples (with s)
