I have been using the Cross Client reporting in version v201101 and I have been able to successfully obtain data. In the past few days I have been experiencing issues with this feature. On Friday I ran a report extract and it errored out citing “ReportDefinitionError.CUSTOMER_SERVING_TYPE_REPORT_MISMATCH @ operations; trigger:cross client reports are not supported.” On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday I was able to use Cross Client successfully, but today I am once again the extract is erroring out with, “ReportDefinitionError.CUSTOMER_SERVING_TYPE_REPORT_MISMATCH @ operations; trigger:cross client reports are not supported.” What has changed and why am I no longer able to use Cross Client for downloading my reports? It is imperative that I receive a response regarding this issue.
