Hi,

The latest library version supports proxy for report downloads. You could 
download and install Fiddler (http://fiddler2.com/fiddler2/) as an HTTP 
proxy. Start Fiddler, configure it to decrypt https traffic. 
Specify ProxyServer key in your App.config/Web.config as 
http://localhost:8888. Now Fiddler will start logging all the requests your 
application sends to AdWords API server, and the responses you get back 
from the server.
