Trying to run the example AddCampaign.php in the php client library, it's failing with SettingError.SETTING_TYPE_IS_NOT_AVAILABLE.
No clue what this means, it's the example google provides in the client library package. I can list client accounts, and appear to be able to communicate with the service otherwise, but it seems impossible to actually create/mutate a campaign.
