Hi Temla,

All the ads that you upload to your AdWords servers are reviewed for policy 
compliance before they are served out. "Destination URL not working" is one 
of the policy violations, so if your destination url is not working, your 
ads will get disapproved. My recommendation is to upload ads only after you 
fix your website.
