Hi Vipin, You question is a bit confusing: it suggests you want to access third party AdWords accounts without authority, which is probably not what you mean! If you're asking about the TrafficEstimatorService or TargetingIdeaService, which don't necessarily need access to a specific account, then you can just use your MCC username and password without specifying a customer id. However, the results for some fields, such as the average cpc, are tailored to a specific account so you'll find that entering a customer id might yield different results.
