Hi Chirag, Given the volume of successful reports, an error once every ten days is quite low. Unfortunately, our logs don't extend back 10 days. The next time this happens, could you please email me off-list with the clientCustomerId and the ReportDefinition XML you used? I'd like to try to find the request in our logs and investigate further.
