How can I create a campaign which has a network setting of content networks with the subtype Mobile Apps in the API? If it is not possible at the moment, when would that be implemented? And how are Mobile Ads and Mobile Image Ads related (or unrelated) to this? Help would be appreciated. Cheers, Jörg
