Hi Jeremy,
  While this is an uncommon error, it can indeed happen in production.  We 
don't frequently see it and it can be a pain to deal with.  Only an 
extremely tiny fraction of requests should see this error (I'm seeing low 
double-digits to single digits per day compared to 6 digits of unaffected 
MutateJobService requests).
