You should use an email when setting up sandbox. Then you'll need to initialize your sandbox accounts by making a get request to CampaignService. If that request is successful, you should now have 5 sandbox accounts, which you can see by using the ManagedCustomerService. Pick one of the accounts and set clientCustomerId to its customerId.
