Hi, What type of request are you making? Does this happen for all requests? Does this happen to all of the client accounts managed by your sandbox account? (See the GetAccountHierarchy example for a list of client accounts). Have you ever made successful calls to this account? Have you tried to create a new sandbox account (it's possible that this account wasn't provisioned properly).
