Hi Kapil, You can provide either the MCC credential or AdWords credential, but you also need to provide the adwords customer id on clientCustomerId header. Also, QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP means that you haven't completed the signup process. You can fix this by logging into your API MCC account, navigating to Billing->Billing Preferences and entering billing details.
