Hi Takeshi, Sorry for bothering you again but today I have the same problem with QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP. Yesterday everything was OK and I was successfully get responses from the Google API Adwords services with my test account after I reconfirmed the billing preferences. I was very happy and I started to develop my application. Today when I continue to work on it the same error occurs like the day before. I am using the same login details and I am trying to get responses like yesterday but without success. The same ClientCustomerId is used 738-088-4281 and both of authentication methods ClientLogin and OAuth2 are retrieving the same exception. Please check again if the account is still active for test proposes. What can be the problem?
