Hi Chris, Yes, that's what the message means. We won't add support for new API versions (i.e. versions that are released after v201302) or major features in the Old Java library going forward. Developers are encouraged to start using the new Java client library instead. In case you face any issues with migration to the new client library, feel free to ask on the forum and we will help you out.
