Hi Jonathan, ClickType is a stats field, and is available through several reports ( AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT). The SOAP services are primarily meant for campaign management, and not for retrieving stats. See https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports for details.
