Hi Jonathan, I don't think it's possible to retrieve a report with these fields populated using a test account because there's no performance data available. I think that the tokens team just wants a clear picture about how you intend to use the API, so they can ensure you'll be using it according to their terms of service. I'm not in a position to offer advice on how you should proceed with your application, but I think that screenshots--which could probably even just be mockups using a wireframe or image editing tool--showing the functionality of your software should be adequate; you'll be asked to supply more details if it's not enough for them to make a decision.
