I'm trying to get some clarification third party Google Adwords API Access. If a provider has a fully authorized and compliant Adwords Google Client API can they provide another company API access to this clinet without violating the terms of service. The specific product in mind would allow this third party A to sign up Google Adwords users send a restricted set of API commands to the authorized Adwords API client of company B which would then do the heavy lifting of integrating with Google. >From my understanding of the API client terms of service that is a no no based on this. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Section III, 2, m) Adwords API Client Development and Distribution. Automated Use. You may not provide a Third Party the ability to, via automated means, use the AdWords API — all Third Party use must be by a human user via the AdWords API Client user interface. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm also am wondering how serious of an offense this is if it is against the TOS... I'm guessing that it could be a company bannned for life form the API token offense....but would both companies be banned or just the first one? Also, could this have any negative affect on the end users of company B Adwords account status? I'm asking this question because I know of someone who wants to use it to automate the creation of adwords campaigns for legitimate stores.
