Hi Bionic, Firstly, I'd upgrade to the latest version<https://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/downloads/list>of the client library as 4.2.2 is now available<https://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/ChangeLog> and check that you're using a non-sunset version of the API<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/sunset-dates> .
Secondly. this looks like a configuration error. Given that it's timing out, it's potentially configured to request a non-existant endpoint. So it's worth checking the settings.ini<https://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/src/Google/Api/Ads/AdWords/settings.ini>in particular the DEFAULT_SERVER configuration and the SSL configuration<https://code.google.com/p/google-api-adwords-php/source/browse/src/Google/Api/Ads/AdWords/settings.ini#46> .
