I got [RateExceededError <rateName=BillingPerDay, rateKey=level1_plan, rateScope=DEVELOPER, retryAfterSeconds=86400>] last 2 days after only 51 calls to TargetingIdeaService. Before this issue I worked 7 monthes without any problems.
I read https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/ratesheet2 and can't understand how can I get this error. I tryed to reset token and get the same error in 2 minutes and 51 requests.
