You can't get the transactions or corrections, but you can get total costs for all campaigns (with account performance or campaign performance report). Please note the numbers can get changed over time and only stabilize 3 days after the fact. So if you collect costs for yesterday, and once again for the same date in 3 days, the latter cost might be lower.
