Solved it myself. When I run GetRefreshToken.php I get an url to validate my account for the app. There I get a token.
I insert the token directly in the code ($code) of GetRefreshToken.php and than I get the refresh token for OAuth2. When I put the refreshtoken in the auth.ini...all works fine.
