To add a further update to this, I have just tried to run directly the PHP example:
/adwords_api_php_4.4.0/examples/AdWords/v201306/BasicOperations/AddCampaigns.php Having added my developerToken, userAgent and clientCustomerID into auth.ini. I get the same "no data received" from Google Chrome.
