Please note only campaigns were migrated to EC, sitelinks auto-migration is scheduled for late September only. So if you haven't migrated your sitelinks manually or via the UI you should be able to retrieve your legacy sitelinks with CampaignAdExtensionService. -Danial, AdWords API Team.
