Yesterday I had used the API to upload almost 9,000 adParams, which worked well. About 5 minutes later I tried uploading some 500 more but it gave me the RATE_EXCEEDED error with a "retryAfterSeconds" of "84600" (24 hours).
Now, just about 24 hours later, the API is still giving me that same error. What does this mean? How can I resolve this error? Even with that extra 500 adParams, the operation count is still less than 10,000 operations. And why is it still telling me 84,600 seconds?
