Hello, We started this morning receiving a weird error message [FeedError.DUPLICATE_FEED_NAME @ operations[0].operand.name] when trying to create a feed (through the FeedService). This is easy to fix, but I'm wondering why it has started randomly occurring, as there is no mention of such constraint in the API docs.
