Hi, I am trying the example package adwords-axis-maven-and-examples-1.24.1 using test mcc count and test customer id 944-884-4657. but i got an error "QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP" when executing GetCampaigns. >mvn -X exec:java -Dexec.mainClass="adwords.axis.v201309.basicoperations.GetCampaigns"
>From the Q&A in forum, it seems the billing info should be filled in for product MCC account. but it's strange that when I try to add billing info and choose China in the first step and click continue, it does not display payment method, i.e. credit card. when i change to other country, the behavior is normal. so I cannot set the billing info. how can i make it work?
