Hi,
I would like to understand the difference (and the meaning of) between 
KeywordMaxCpc, 
KeywordContentMaxCpc and InteractionBidAmount.

In particular In the adgroups which I am looking at (which are all Display 
Network as filtered by the AdNewtorkType) : I get that KeywordMaxCpc is set 
to some numerical value while KeywordContentMaxCpc is always NAN. 
InteractionBidAmount is always set to auto.

Now, how is this possible? the documentation seems to indicate that 
KeywordContentMaxCpc is the maxCpc bidding for Display campaign, however 
this field is set to NAN.

If of any relevance I am querying the results over the period of YESTERDAY.

How can I find out what is the maxCPC bidding at Keyword Level?
