I've been following the steps to generate a refresh token as instructed in https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication After I get my Client ID and secret, I enter them into the clients library config file and then I run OAuth2TokenGenerator.cs. I get to the screen where it says "This app would like to: Manage your AdWords campaigns", I click Accept and then I get the following error:
