Hi Alan, The most likely reason for this error is that we sunset editing contentBid for display-only campaigns a while back. See http://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/2014/01/reminder-change-to-contentbid-setting.html for details. So it is pretty much possible that your code used to work fine in the past, but is now broken because we no longer support editing that field.
