Hi, I see that your developer token is still pending review. When calling the API are you trying to access a test account or a production account? As noted in the Test Accounts Guide<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/test-accounts>, you can only use a pending developer token to access *test* accounts.
Also, I see that the terms and conditions have not been signed on that account. You should have seen the terms and conditions as part of the billing preferences setup.
