Hi Nitesh, You should see the *AdWords API Center* on a *production MCC* account if you click the gear icon in the upper right corner and choose *Account Settings* (see attached ProdMCCScreenshot.png). You won't see this option when you're logged into a regular (non-MCC) AdWords account, regardless of whether it's a test account or a production account.
