Forget it, I got it. 

I need a separate call to TargetingIdeaServiceInterface.get with 

selector.setRequestType(RequestType.STATS);

instead of IDEAS

and 

Paging paging = new Paging();

paging.setStartIndex(0);

paging.setNumberResults(1);

selector.setPaging(paging);
