Hi, Yes, this is supported using AdWords API. You need use TrackingSetting<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/CampaignService.TrackingSetting> to set this setting, and add that to the campaign's settings<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201402/CampaignService.Campaign#settings> .
