I am sorry for my third post, but I think I found a solution for my problem. While creating my ad I set the attribute $textad->devicePreference = 30001; Then in the browser in www.adwords.google.com there is an ad with the flag "optimized for mobile".
I think it is ok, isn't it? Why the value of 30001?
