Hello, You cannot alter one account when making calls against a different account. You are likely erroneously specifying the wrong CID when you are making the call. Perhaps you are updating an account with information that should be in a different account. The best way to check this is to log the outgoing SOAP requests and make sure that the ClientCustomerID in the request matches the account you actually want to be making changes to.
