Hi Sage, I think that's pretty straightforward; you just need to copy-paste the code from https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/blob/master/examples/AdWords/v201406/Reporting/GetReportFields.php into your index.php and modify the printf calls such that they print out html tags instead of plain text.
