Hi Ashley, That error means that the OAuth credentials you are using in your request do not grant you permissions to access the campaigns of the account specified in your clientCustomerId <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/soap#clientCustomerId> header. Make sure that the OAuth credentials were generated while logged in as a user with access to the account.
