mentioned in my previous email? Also, I'd recommend checking out the PHP 
library's Using OAuth 2.0 wiki 
<https://github.com/googleads/googleads-php-lib/wiki/Using-OAuth-2.0>, 
which describes the process for getting a refresh token in detail.
