Hi, You can set clientCustomerId either in your googleads.yaml file (https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib/blob/master/googleads.yaml#L8), or you can set this at the runtime (https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib/blob/master/README.md#how-do-i-change-the-client-customer-id-at-runtime). If you want to retrieve your client customer ids under an MCC at runtime, see https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords/v201409/account_management/get_account_hierarchy.py.
