Hi Richard, Yes, the limits you mention are correct. As for your use case - if Tom MCC would want to manage Joe MCC, then they can link Joe MCC under their account. If an additional Gary MCC wants to manage Joe MCC, then the workaround would be to invite Gary to manage Joe MCC. Then Gary can use that login to make API calls to whole of Joe MCC accounts.
