I was testing with some additional Click ID's (retrieved via the 
CLICK_PERFORMANCE_REPORT 
as suggested in another thread). and now I do have 1 conversion showing up 
for my new conversion type in adwords (Tools -> Conversions). Not sure why 
the others don't show up though (I am selecting a date range that includes 
the date of those clicks, as per my apachelog, and those clicks were within 
the last 90 days). Is there a way to download a detailed list of the 
conversions (ie so I can see which click that 1 conversion is associated 
with?
