Hello,
We have some errors listed on our common error page. The entry for this
error
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED>
states that this means that there is no link between the MCC that you're
authorizing as and the client account that you're trying to make a request
against. Please make sure that the accounts are linked and try again.
